Hi, I’m Rachael. I spent years in the same gap my clients describe and crossed it through the body, not just the mind.
As a licensed psychotherapist with 15+ years of experience supporting women and people in the LGBTQ+ community through complex trauma, attachment wounds, and relationship challenges, I’ve found that patterns don't shift through insight alone. My own healing is the foundation of this work. I know what it feels like to understand your patterns completely and still be stuck, and what it takes to finally move through them.
